Minimising environmental impact
The holding applies modern mining and processing technologies that reduce the burden on the environment: closed-loop water circulation, detoxification of processing waste and reliable engineering solutions for tailings storage.

Occupational health and industrial safety

Industrial safety declarations registered with the authorised bodies, regular briefings and monitoring of compliance with requirements at the sites.
Working conditions
Well-equipped rotational camps with residential and production facilities, electricity, communications and high-speed internet at remote sites.
Employee health
Medical insurance, regular health check-ups and the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) for all workers at production sites.
