The holding entered the Berkara copper project as an investor and partner. In parallel, modernisation of the gold recovery plant at Taskora began with the aim of increasing processing capacity.
The holding entered the Kentau project (processing plant and the Bayaldyr tailings storage facility) as an investor and partner. Additional exploration was carried out at the Muzbel deposit, expanding the resource base.
New investment was raised, the asset portfolio was expanded, and exploration to the JORC standard continued with the participation of international laboratories.
The company's rehabilitation procedure was successfully completed — the first among subsoil users in Kazakhstan. Commercial and economic activity has been fully restored.
The first investor was brought in as a partner for the Taskora and Muzbel projects. Large-scale exploration began at Muzbel in partnership with drilling companies and the international laboratories SGS and ALS.
